Okay .. so I know I mention about going to Aki-con in November, but that was at a time when I thought I could afford to go... Well ... as of now I can not. I'm pretty much broke, paying off bills sucks. And I have to work as much as I can to have money to finish a few cosplays before Sakura con. At the moment I have two out of the five I plan on wearing... I just hope the list doesn't grow T.T But I am officially planing a trip to Aki-con next year! Woot .... and if the gods will allow it I think I might just go up to Aki-con for one day this year ... don't know which day though. I would love to go up the day Soul Candy is playing. I have been really wanting to see them ... I've heard many wonderful things.

In the ways of cosplays, I have a new addition as on the first of this month. Karin. Its pretty much amazing. It needs a little altering, but other then that if fits like a dream. I am thinking about wearing it to Gasukan this month, then switching into Halloween Town Sora ... But it all depends on when I come back up from Hood River.

So pretty much as of ..... -ponders- Saturday, I will be going to Aki-con in November. And is coming with. It is gonna be her birthday gift. I'm excited .. and it looks like we might even have a place to stay .. I am just hoping that I will be able to get the time off of work for it since I am asking for some days off in October pretty much a week and a half before Aki-Con T.T

Squeeee!! I bought pretty much everything needed to make Aerith's Crisis Core dress. All that is lacking is shoes, flower things, and a wig. [And the fact I don't own a sewing machine. Thank god for my best friend]

Also.. Me and found the perfect pattern for our Queens. And of will this probably be my first totally epic cosplay. These wont be ready probably until the night before Sakura Con '10 ... I have a strange feeling... >< Our nameless group is planing on a rather epic Alice in Wonderland cosplay. So look out for a update on those once we have fabric and some time to actually work on them.

I should be getting Karin soonish ... I am just wanting for the person I am getting it from to get back to me with her paypal.

And lastly, I have Lavi's Hammer of Awesome all sketched out and I'm realy to start buying materials once I have the money to do so. This thing is going to be amazing.

I just finished watching the D. Gray-man series just moments ago and oh WOW was it amazing and beyond what I thought was going to happen. The last episode is totally a cliff hanger. And makes me wonder if it ends like that in the mange ... probably not.

Just need to work on collecting the manga volumes again ... I only have one and two ... my dog ruined volume three T.T

-Cosplay News-
Well, next week I shall be finally starting on my long awaited for Aerith dress from Crisis Core. I'm super freaking excited to be making it. But its all of the rather fine detail work that is gonna make me cry since I've decided to sew all of that stuff on by hand. I want to have it finished by mid-November [basically before November's Gasukan]

Next wed I will finally be sending the money out so I can have an awesome Karin cosplay. I am looking forward to her like no other. She has become my new favorite lady of the shippuuden world. >< [Sakura is still number one though, but all cosplay's regarding her have been placed on hold till I can find a new wig]

After Aerith is finished I will need to start on the White Queen cosplay for expo [if I can go... I'm a little iffy at taking so much time off from work plus if things work out with some friends in the spring I honestly do no think I will have the money] I'm not to positive on how that is gonna work since my friend has it sketched out..

And the last cosplay I would LOVE to have by then end of this year is my dearest Lavi. For him I will probably cop out and order something from online [I don't really want to work with leather and I will need some time to work on his Hammer of Awesome! Score for HUGE props.] Will probably start buying what I need to make a huge hammer so I can work on that in between sewing and work.

Wow ... that is a lot. Actually not really ... If I keep to it. Spend wisely and not go over I can honestly see myself having all of it done by the end of this year ... Also if anyone has any good tips on making Lavi's hammer, I would love to hear them.

I've heard that there is a TTGL movie out there, well actually that there a TWO out there. Must find them.

Oh my goodness I am so happy today. At eight am this morning. I was still sleeping and normally would bit the head off of anyone calling this early, unless it was a friend. ha ha >< I didn't know the number, so I was rather careful since I have been waiting for a call back from a job interview I had... And low and behold it was the manger of Joann's telling me that I have orientation on Tuesday!! -squee- I am so excited that I have a job again. Plus what better place for a cosplayer to work at ..... a fabric store. Now my parents can stop harping on me [even though I have been jobless for a monthish]. Also I am thinking about going down to a Job Corps orientation on Tuesday right after my orientation at Joann's. I am doing all that I can to get out of my house, out of debt, and out on my own two feet. And hopefully all of these steps will bring me closer to where my boyfriend lives. That I think is my ultimate goal. We keep talking about moving in together, but I would really like to get everything in my life figured out before I become a burrend on him ... heh heh.

Well, as the days have been passing, bring Sakura Con closer, my cosplay list has been ever growing >.< ha ha. I never thought My list would become so big.. ha ha. And here it is. It kinda is in order of how I want make them, but now its just wich ever one I can afford at the moment. ha ha.
